Benefits Information

For Employees working 30 or more hours per week:

●      You must elect benefits within 30 days of your hire date or wait until the next open enrollment.  Elected benefits are effective the first of the month following hire date unless hired on the 1st of the month.

●      Available benefits include Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance.

●      You will be auto-enrolled in the 403(b) plan with Mutual of America at 3%. You will be contacted by Mutual of America to set up your account. You may change your contribution amount at any time. For more information please contact the Human Resources office.
